somatic sharing circle
the sense of real and intimate connection with others is sadly lacking in our modern world
though we may connect with others regularly, how deep are we really going? how much of us are we really sharing and how much of others are we really seeing?
it can be difficult to find those who are prepared to receive our deepest truths, fears or traumas in full presence, therefore we can be reluctant to share them
when we sit in spaces together, witnessing and being witnessed, we can discover the kind of healing and insight that has the power to transform our lives
holding space is a skill
we must exercise and develop this skill through the practice of presence-ing and through willingness to be with what is, not just in others but in ourselves
on these calls we explore the sense of what it means to be embodied through guided meditation, contemplation, and individual sharing
circles will often draw upon themes explored in embodiment practices
valuable spaces like these contribute to the deepening of our own experience by way of our own shares but also through the honest and vulnerable shares of others
