This 2.5 hour workshop will be an immersive somatic journey including a live soundscape, guided meditation with embodied voice and movement invitations. It will be lead by two facilitators skye (movement) and will (sound).

It will include working with sound and vibration to release deep tension in the body.

We will move, breathe, sound and melt together.

The space will close with a meditative sound bath followed by space to share if that feels alive for you.

Please bring a mat, blanket and cozy clothing that you can move in. You may also wish to bring a journal if that is in your practice.

Payment: This session will operate on a sliding scale so you can pay what you are able - suggested £20 - £40
