this is an invitation to pause and immerse in a community somatic meditation online

whether we are aware of it or not, our bodies are often experiencing (or rather avoiding experiencing) deep tension in our abdomen - our vulnerable underbelly is bracing in the face of lives lived without space for softness and integration of experience

our internal organs and abdominal tissues are desperate for spiritual rehydration and so many of us have forgotten how let the belly soften enough to receive the deep wisdom and insight it’s fluidity has to offer

Shake the Dust - Somatic Practice

Transformative fire is the nature of the universe.


What happens when all that is ready to be is burned away?

We discover our true self.

To arrive at truth we must be prepared to burn away the dross.

In this practice we will explore embodied experience through the element of fire, using the map of meridian lines of heart, small intense, pericardium and triple warmer. We will use meditation, self massage, breath, organic movement and perpetual movement containers to stoke our internal fires.

This session will be SHAKE THE DUST.

It will involve:

“SHAKING, JUMPING, DANCING, INTUITIVE MOMENT, PILATES, SOMATICS AND BODY WEIGHT TRAINING, NOT TO MENTION A KICK ASS CAREFULLY CURATED PLAYLIST, THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED FOR ANYONE BUT ESPECIALLY YOGIS AND WILL AT BEST DELIVER A CATHARTIC RELEASE, A GREAT WORKOUT, SWEAT AND A STRONG, RESILIENT BODY.”

It asks you to find a quiet space where you can be uninterrupted for around 90 minutes.

A playlist will be shared prior to the session which requires a Spotify premium account.

This session operates on a sliding scale £10 - £25.
