a practice of immersing in direct experience before you conceptualise it
expect a merging of energy body meditation techniques and direct pointing
we will meet breath and sensual field awareness to find our seat and anchor into our bodies while opening up a portal to the vastness of the absolute
this is an opportunity to practice deep listening and meet the still, silent presence underlying and penetrating all phenomena of our experience
immersing here offers space from our habitual thoughts and patterns of behaviour and invites us into a curious experience of knowing we don’t know
from here we can experience more freedom and possibility in our lives
we will also practice inhabiting our body and connecting to our felt sense rather than observing from a third person perspective
this is not about detaching, but rather deeply connecting with what is true right now
we transcend so that we may invite the infinite into the relative, welcoming unbound presence to infuse everyday life
this practice is for you if you wish to expand your capacity to show up in your life more fully by sinking more deeply into each moment
