Each class is unique in it’s unfolding and will use a different access point of meditation to initiate our journey inwards.
Through these portals we will orient from the conceptual mind into the direct experience of being and feeling.
We will use sound and somatic tools to meet stagnant energy and held tension to invite more movement and fluidity, which creates space.
Inviting the body to relax deeply whilst moving, can open pathways of surrender in which the body knows exactly how to move and reorganise itself. This reorganisation disrupts looping energetic signatures which may be manifesting as thought patterns and beliefs, behaviours or physical pain and dis-ease. These repeating patterns keep us feeling stuck and inhibited in how we live our life and move our bodies. They keep us from connecting with the rich spontaneity of life as it is in each moment. The unravelling of these binding energetic imprints offers us freedom and sovereignty.
The Curious Magic of Online
In person containers are powerful, however, there is a lot to be said about the mysterious energetic magic that can occur in online spaces.
Even though it may seem that we are miles apart, there is a collective connective tissue that can be felt palpably when these containers are opened. People join these sessions from countries in Europe, the Americas, Asia and Oceana, and there is this undeniable, inexplicable and profound space of connection that is co-created on the live calls.
There is also the convenience of being able to create YOUR own practice cocoon in your home. Exactly as you wish. Comfortable, grounded and held, with whatever you may need. This can help us relax more deeply into a sense of being rather than doing. I have had people comment on how they feel more free to move and express fully in their own space.
